This course is for students who have completed Absolute Beginner – Ballet Basics or have at least 10 weeks of beginner ballet experience. It’s still a beginner-level class, ideal for adults who know the basics and want to keep building their foundation in a supportive environment.

Who can join (prerequisite):
Participants should have basic knowledge from 8–12 weeks of beginner ballet or equivalent: body placement, pliés, tendus, arm positions, jetés, développés, some small jumps amongst others. Some of the terminology we have covered so far

What to expect:
You’ll continue to work on posture and turnout, barre work, centre practice, and simple across-the-floor coordination. The focus is on reinforcing technique through clear explanations and repetition, so you can feel more confident and fluid in your movement.

Attendance, prorated fees & discounts:
We know life happens. If you expect to miss two or more classes in the term (due to work trips, travel, etc.), the fee can be prorated. We also offer multi-course discounts (20–40%) and student discounts. After each in-person class, there is an optional 10-minute stretch for those who wish to unwind at the end of the day.
