🩰 Beginner Ballet - Follow Up Course from Absolute Beginner (Tuesdays)

Beginner Ballet 1 — Follow-up to Absolute Beginner - Ballet Basics

Dates: November 4 – December 9 (6 weeks)
When: Tuesdays, 7.30-8.30pm — includes class on Tuesday, November 11

This 6-week follow-up course is for students who have completed Absolute Beginner - Ballet Basics (or have about 6–8 weeks of equivalent beginner ballet experience). It’s still a beginner course — designed for people who know the basics and want to continue building their foundation in a supportive adult class.

Who can join (prerequisite)
Participants must have basic knowledge (6–8 weeks) of ballet classes or equivalent to participate.

Why choose this course

  • Continue to build strength, posture, and flexibility while practicing in an encouraging, adult-friendly environment.
  • Deepen and reinforce the fundamentals covered in the Absolute Beginner course.
  • Inclusive and supportive — everyone is welcome.

What you’ll build on
This course continues the foundational work from the
Absolute Beginner course: posture & turnout, barre work, centre work and basic across-the-floor coordination. (Using the same core ideas from the original course you ran.)

Holistic benefits
Ballet for adults is a mind-body practice that supports flexibility, strength, posture, mental clarity, confidence, and social connection — all continued in this follow-up course.
