Is This Course for You?

This course is tailored for students who have been pursuing flamenco dance for at least 5 years, typically attending classes once a week and builds upon already learned material.

This spring term will contain mostly already learned choreography in the fall and winter terms. Depending on your level, it might be a challenging time to join for new students, however if you are familiar with guajiras, solea por buleria, tientos and caracoles, and have been dancing for 6 years or more, you should be able to pick up the choreography and catch up with a little of extra work on your end.

For student with a higher level, this class is an excellent opportunity to refine your technique and interpretation and to learn a full choreography por alegrias that is mostly already done.
