About the class

Students at this level have been dancing for at least 3 to 4 years or more once a week or equivalent. This is also a great level for those participants who are returning to ballet after a long absence from dance. The 90 minute class has a full barre and centre. The content and combinations will remain simple and focused on strengthening and improving technique. New steps and complexity will be introduced gradually as he class moves along.. Recognizing that this is primarily a recreational adult ballet class, we acknowledge varying fitness levels, ages and skills among participants of any of our dance classes. We welcome students of all ages, respecting diverse abilities and physical limitations. Don't hesitate to join the class based on age or fitness level. We invite you to participate at your own pace, encouraging you to listen to your body and engage as much as feels comfortable.
