Have been dancing ballet for quite a number of years and you are looking for a fabulous class from a professional ballerina? This is it.

Important Dates:

• No Class on November 19 due to Flamenco Event at Halifax Central Library (free, come see it from -3.30pm at main auditorium)

• Last Day of Classes: Sunday, December 17 will run 4-6pm followed by a Ballet Party

Level of Fitness

It is understandable that you might only be taking one class per week, therefore the class is not super hard, nor geared towards extreme endurance. Students are encouraged to go at their own pace and adjust to their own level of fitness, adapting to maybe existing injuries or other limitations.
